Work Trade Program

It takes a village to create a unique visionary collective like Soma Vida.

And we recognize that not everyone is in a financial position to become a member. Here’s where the win-win situation of the Work Trade Program comes into play. We are looking for passionate, driven, energetic individuals who would like to deepen their involvement with Soma Vida, support our community and grow their business. 

In exchange for 4 hours of work per week for individuals or 12 hours per week for teams of up to 5 people, we offer complimentary membership and monthly credit to book our studio spaces. We invite you to host classes and events, meet with clients and network with our community as a fully recognized Soma Vida Member. Spaces are limited.

Individual vs. Team Work Trade

You may join the Individual Work Trade as a solo individual working 4 hours per week in exchange for membership and a $240/month credit value to book space. We also offer a Team Work Trade for up to 5 people collectively working 48 hours per month in exchange for membership and $720/month credit value to book space. Space is limited to 10 total individuals including team members a part of the Team Work Trade option. Apply now while this special opportunity is still available! 

Individual Work Trade | Exchange Compensation

  • Individual Coworking Membership, valued at $95 monthly

    • 24/7 access to the space

    • Water, tea and coffee prepared daily

    • Access to our shared kitchen

    • 15 days individual coworking per month 

    • Use of The Gallery and other shared spaces including the front lounge and back patio

  • $240 Monthly credit to book studio spaces for classes, events and client sessions

Team Work Trade | Exchange Compensation

  • Team Coworking Membership, valued at $295 monthly

    • For you and up to 4 additional team members

    • 24/7 access to the space

    • Water, tea and coffee prepared daily

    • Access to our shared kitchen

    • Unlimited coworking

    • Use of The Gallery and other shared spaces including the front lounge and back patio

  • $720 Monthly credit to book studio spaces for classes, events and client sessions

A Day in the Life

Here are some of the program requirements and responsibilities to expect during your 4 hour shift per week: 

  • Minimum 3 month commitment

  • Strength of character: Professional and positive attitude, ability to grow and develop through challenges, tenacity to meet project deadlines

  • Act as an ambassador of the Soma Vida community

  • Morning space opening duties

  • Afternoon refresh of space

  • End of day closing duties

  • Once regular opening, refresh and closing tasks are complete, support Soma Vida Operations Team with a variety of projects suited to your skillset and passions including but not limited to: hospitality, operations, events, admit, content
