Sunrise Meditation with Kendra

Join Kendra for sunrise meditation every Wednesday at 8am!
This guided meditation invites you to pause mid-week and reconnect with your body and breath. We will explore different topics and techniques each week including breath work, the chakras, mindfulness, stress management, and progressive relaxation.
Twenty percent of proceeds from these classes will be donated to a different local community organization each month.
January- Joyful Horse Project
February- The Austin Center for Grief + Loss
March- Austin Humane Society
April- Green Corn Project
