How do we work with the mind to become more skillful at navigating the stress and anxiety that comes with living in our Western culture? Come to Soma Vida for this unique opportunity to hear from an esteemed Dharma teacher and discover for yourself. Topics covered will include methods for focusing the mind, as well as how to move toward a greater sense of well-being. We’ll have some fun creating a great space for the audience before His Eminence speaks. There will be plenty of time for Q&A, and he may even guide us through a mindfulness exercise at the end!
